      A public vote is continuing in Nizhny Novgorod Oblast to choose the city with the most interesting architecture. The results will be summed up on 21 November.

      Five cities are taking part in the vote: Nizhny Novgorod, Gorodets, Arzamas, Dzerzhinsk and Vyksa. So far nearly 6,000 people have cast their votes.

      Leading is the Volga region’s capital, which has received 48% of the votes. Gorodets holds second place with 30%. In third place is Arzamas (14%). Dzerzhinsk and Vyksa are currently trailing with 6% and 2%, respectively.

      The winner will be determined based on the vote’s results, which will conclude in a week. You can cast your vote on the Telegram channel of the Project Directorate of the Ministry of Construction of Russia.

      Earlier it was reported that architectural and artistic concepts for the Lower Volga embankment and Alekseevskaya Street were approved in Nizhny Novgorod.
