      Governor of the Nizhny Novgorod Region Gleb Nikitin shared on his Telegram channel the region's achievements in improving public administration.

      According to him, the region is carrying out consistent and systematic work to develop managerial competencies.

      One of the key steps was the creation last year of the Center for Training State and Municipal Employees "GosStart".

      "Here, both in-person and online, more than 20,000 young specialists from all corners of Russia have already been trained," Nikitin noted.

      The head of the region also addressed the participants of the IV All-Russian Forum "GosStart" (12+), which began its work on November 11 at the Nizhny Novgorod Fairgrounds. The event is being implemented as part of the national project "Youth and Children".

      "The forum, which originated in the Nizhny Novgorod Region, has today brought together representatives from 80 federal subjects of the country. We know how to confidently launch important initiatives! I thank Rosmolodezh for fruitful cooperation and wish all participants a successful and productive program," the governor emphasized.

      Earlier it was reported that managers from Nizhny Novgorod joined the "Team Russia".
