In Nizhny Novgorod, a new four-story medical center will appear at the intersection of Ulyanova and Semashko streets. The project envisages the construction of a 2,900-square-meter building with an underground parking garage for 16 cars. The territorial planning documentation was approved by the regional Ministry of Construction and Urban Development.
The design documentation was developed by the company "Falcon"; the client is LLC "Dinamika". The planned development boundaries include a 6.8-hectare plot bounded by Ulyanova, Nesterova, Bolshaya Pecherskaya and Semashko streets.
The facility will be designed to receive up to 600 patients per shift. In addition to doctors' offices, the building will house all the necessary premises for providing medical services.
The project will be implemented in a single phase. In the first phase, the site must be cleared for construction, including the demolition of residential building No. 36 on Ulyanova Street. After that, the plot will be transferred from private ownership to state ownership.
By the end of 2025 the investor must complete the demolition of the building and also prepare a project to ensure the preservation of nearby cultural heritage sites. Architectural solutions for the future medical center must be approved by the department for state protection of cultural heritage sites.
Full completion of the medical center's construction is planned by the end of 2028. The project will also include the construction of access roads, pedestrian areas and landscaping of the adjacent territory.
It was previously reported that work on the project for the future opera and ballet theatre building in the area of the Rowing Canal embankment continues in Nizhny Novgorod.
