EMERCOM personnel extinguished a car that caught fire after veering off the road and crashing into a gas station in Arzamas.
According to the agency's press service, six people and three pieces of equipment were involved in dealing with the aftermath of the traffic accident, which occurred on the night of October 11.
No one was injured in the incident.
Published images show that the car burned out completely and is beyond repair. Structures at the gas station were also damaged.
Earlier it was reported that a 21-year-old driver may face a prison term for a traffic accident involving an elderly Nizhny Novgorod resident on Moskovskoye Highway.
It was also reported that a 22-year-old driver allegedly fell asleep at the wheel and died in a crash on a highway in the Pilninsky District.
