      In Nizhny Novgorod, a new exhibition complex is planned on Chernigovskaya Street, which will be complemented by an underground parking lot. Information about the project was posted on the official GIS EGRZ portal.

      According to the data provided, the exhibition gallery will be housed in a one-story light-colored building near the metro bridge. Nearby, a cultural center will also appear, executed in the same architectural style as the exhibition pavilion.

      The company LLC "Aktiv", selected as the developer, is responsible for the project’s implementation.

      The project documentation was prepared by several Nizhny Novgorod organizations: LLC "Krov", "Arkhstroy", the Engineering Center "Gradus", "GIP-Stroy" and "Vodokanalproekt".

      Earlier it was reported that nine apartment buildings and two hotels are planned to be built on Chernigovskaya Street in Nizhny Novgorod.

      Nizhny Novgorod authorities previously approved a large-scale project for the development of Chernigovskaya Street and the Oka embankment in Nizhny Novgorod.
