      Recruitment has begun in the Nizhny Novgorod Region for the off-site school for young trainers and moderators "Uren 2.0", the training for which will take place from November 28 to 30, 2025. The program presentation was held at an educational meeting at the Vysota youth center.

      "Today, being a trainer or moderator means being able to create a space where ideas are born and lives change. 'Uren 2.0' is not just a program, but a community in which each participant receives tools to work on city, regional and even federal projects. Thanks to the school, participants will gain practical skills in working with groups and real experience in creating educational formats," emphasized the Minister of Youth Policy of the Nizhny Novgorod Region, Svetlana Anufriyeva.

      The presentation of the school's new program took place as part of an educational meeting with experienced speakers and methodologists. Thus, the head of the Competency Development Department of the Vysota youth center, Olesya Pototskaya, shared how artificial intelligence can be effectively applied when designing training programs, and Ksenia Nazarenko, an expert at the Institute of Youth and co-founder of the educational company basil education, spoke about where and how a young trainer and moderator can develop in the field of non-formal education and youth policy.

      The school offers intensive training for young people aged 18 to 35 along two tracks. The first — "Basics of Moderation" — is intended for young people who want to work with teams, run sessions and manage group processes. Participants will study the basics of moderation in small groups, try themselves as exercise leaders and acquire skills that will be useful in any professional field. The second track — "Trainers and Moderators 2.0" — is aimed at graduates of past training programs of the Vysota youth center. Experienced specialists will receive moderation practice, the opportunity to refine a training program for newcomers and detailed feedback from mentors.

      "Today I am actively developing in the role of moderator, a mentor to teams. Meetings like this help me learn to create a productive atmosphere within a team and to competently organize team work. These skills are universal — they will be useful to me in any profession where it is important to be able to listen, hear and lead. In addition, thanks to the meeting I understood which direction I should choose for moving forward in my career and beyond," shared meeting participant Elizaveta Bodyagina.

      Applications to participate in the off-site module of the Trainers and Moderators School "Uren 2.0" can be submitted until October 4 for the track for graduates of previous programs and until October 24 for newcomers at the link: https://forms.yandex.ru/u/68d65c6ed0468834513567fa/.
