      Branches of the MFC in the Nizhny Novgorod Region are ready to help anyone who wishes to install the new national messenger MAX on their devices. QR codes for downloading MAX have already been placed in every MFC branch — in the user support sectors and in the information area. If any difficulties arise, visitors can turn directly to the institutions' staff.

      "On the MAX platform, users will be able to use the Nizhny Novgorod MFC's chatbot for their convenience — its integration into the messenger was completed back on 1 September. The bot will be useful for those who want to make an in-person appointment at the center's branches, check the status of their request, clarify branch addresses, or share their opinion about the process of providing public services. The bot will also advise Nizhny Novgorod residents on all available services and invite them to rate the service result," explained Svetlana Musarskaya, Director of the MFC of the Nizhny Novgorod Region.

      The Nizhny Novgorod MFC chatbot is not the only regional service integrated into the MAX messenger. A roadmap was developed to make full use of the messenger's advantages, within which a number of steps have already been taken.

      For example, the educational platform "Sferum" can be found in MAX. In addition, services to connect patients with medical institutions for rapid processing of documents and consultations are operating in test mode within the messenger. In the coming months, chats with management companies and other useful tools will appear here.

      To date, the MAX messenger is already ready to launch exclusive government services. Users will be able, for example, to sign documents via "GosKlyuch" or verify data on "Gosuslugi."

      As noted by the Russian Ministry of Digital Development, the MAX messenger ensures secure communication, access to convenient digital services from the state and businesses, and the entire platform infrastructure is located on Russian territory, which guarantees reliable data storage and user protection.

      Recall that the digitalization of the provision of state and municipal services responds to the objectives of the new national project "Data Economy and Digital Transformation of the State." It came into effect in the country on 1 January 2025 by order of Russian President Vladimir Putin.
