Prospects and the dream team: employees reveal what sets a good employer apart.

      Opportunities for career growth, colleague support, and an employee benefits package with attractive company bonuses — these were named the most important criteria by users of the Dream Job service when evaluating mobile operator T2. Last summer the company took first place among the “big four,” thus becoming the best employer among operators in Russia. The service awarded the company a number of honors and rated the operator’s working conditions at 4.4 out of 5.

      On the country’s largest employee review service, users evaluate not only the company as a whole but also key components of successful work. Thus, T2 employees rated working conditions at 4.6 and the team at 4.7.

      The service’s independent assessment corresponds with the results of internal surveys. Employee engagement in the company reaches 95.7% — this is 2.8 percentage points higher than the best values among telecom companies in Russia. The level of employee commitment reached 92% — this is the percentage of employees who are genuinely immersed in the company’s life and share the team’s values.

      At T2 employees have access to a customizable benefits program and educational courses in various areas. Workers receive access to the T2 library; they can also find like-minded colleagues, for example, in the “Running Club” or make their mark in a corporate eco-project.

      On Dream Job T2 has been awarded a number of special honors that are given to the best companies according to employees. For example, the “Care for Employees” badge is present at only 1.2% of companies on the platform, and the “Career Growth” badge at 2.1% of companies.
