Nizhny Novgorod Polyclinic No. 4 has successfully passed certification for compliance with the federal medical services quality standard "STIMUL", the Stacionar-Press news agency reports.
The assessment was carried out by specialists from the Central Research Institute for Healthcare Organization and Informatization (TsNIIOIZ), subordinate to the Russian Ministry of Health.
During the certification, experts analyzed a wide range of parameters characterizing the institution's operations. In particular, attention was paid to the quality of service in the contact center, the professionalism of doctors, staff interaction with patients, and the overall corporate culture.
In addition, the ease of navigation within the facility, the accessibility and functionality of online services, the level of technical equipment, and the comfort of the premises for patients were evaluated.
The "STIMUL" certificate is awarded to medical institutions that demonstrate consistently high quality of services and receive positive feedback from patients.
To date, only 29 medical institutions in Russia hold such confirmation of compliance with the federal standard.
The certificate was presented to the polyclinic staff personally by the director of the Research Institute of Healthcare Organization, Olga Kobyakova.
Earlier it was reported that a modern medical center for children opened in Sarov in the Nizhny Novgorod region.
