      LLC "Comprehensive Transport Technologies" from Nizhny Novgorod became the 295th participant in the federal project "Labor Productivity" of the national project "Efficient and Competitive Economy" in the Nizhny Novgorod region. Experts from the Federal Center of Competencies (FCC) will implement lean manufacturing tools at the enterprise.

      The company specializes in the design and manufacture of special-purpose motor vehicles.

      "In the Nizhny Novgorod region, eleven motor vehicle manufacturers are using the tools of the federal project 'Labor Productivity' of the national project 'Efficient and Competitive Economy.' Many enterprises have already completed the full cycle of implementing lean technologies and have been able to significantly improve their performance. For example, Avtomash increased output by 13 percent, InvestAvto by 19 percent, and Smarteco by 60 percent," said Minister of Industry, Trade and Entrepreneurship Maksim Cherkasov.

      FCC experts will work on the premises of Comprehensive Transport Technologies for six months. Together with the company's team, FCC specialists will analyze all processes, identify bottlenecks and propose ways to improve work quality. At the same time, employees will be trained in the basics of lean manufacturing.
