      The OZON warehouse will be built in Nizhny Novgorod by October 2025. According to the correspondent of IA "NTA-Privolzhye," during a meeting of the Budget and Taxation Committee of the Legislative Assembly of the Nizhny Novgorod Region, deputies discussed the progress of the OZON warehouse construction, which will be located in Nizhny Novgorod. Currently, infrastructure and the 22.4 sq.m. complex have been built for the first phase of construction. Also, during this phase, shelving for large-sized goods has been prepared. The second and third phases are nearing completion. It is expected that a 104,300 sq.m. facility for order picking will be operational, equipped with robotic shelving systems. At the end of construction, a sorting center covering 22,300 sq.m. will be established. The second and third phases are scheduled to be completed by September-October 2025. The total investment amount is 15.3 billion rubles, of which OZON has invested 3 billion. Government support in the form of property tax advantages will amount to 992.2 million rubles.
