In Bor, a citizen of a foreign country was detained by police for hooliganism, according to the press service of the Main Directorate of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Russia for the Nizhny Novgorod region. A video showing the man's strange actions was posted on social media. He went outside without a T-shirt and shoes and was bothering children playing in the yard. It is presumed that the man may have been intoxicated. When passersby approached him, attempting to protect the children, the foreigner began threatening them. Witnesses called the police. However, when officers arrived, the man resisted when trying to be detained. It was found that the hooligan was a 34-year-old foreigner lawfully present in Russia.
