      IncidentsProsecutor General of Russia Alexander Bastrykin has instructed to submit a detailed report on the investigation of a criminal case initiated against a 34-year-old visitor suspected of illegal activities in the Nizhny Novgorod region.

      The case was opened after information surfaced that the man exhibited inappropriate behavior and, according to social media reports, was harassing children on the street.

      It is worth noting that the incident occurred on July 17 in the 2nd microdistrict of the city of Bor. On that day, the duty unit of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Russia for the city of Bor received three calls from local residents concerned about the suspect's actions.

      Following the incident, the investigative bodies of the Investigative Committee of Russia for the Nizhny Novgorod region launched a criminal case.

      Alexander Bastrykin instructed the head of the regional investigative department, Ayrat Akhmetshin, to report on the progress of the investigation and the circumstances already established.

      It was previously reported that Bastrykin would be informed about teenagers involved in extortion in Vyksa.
