      IncidentsIn the city of Bor, police detained a man suspected of hooliganism in a public place. This was reported by the press service of the Main Directorate of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Russia for the Nizhny Novgorod Region.

      The incident occurred on July 17. Three reports from residents about the man's inappropriate behavior in the 2nd microdistrict were received at the duty station of the Russian Ministry of Internal Affairs in Bor.

      Police officers promptly arrived at the scene and detained the offender. He was identified as a 34-year-old citizen of a neighboring country. According to law enforcement, the man is legally present on the territory of Russia.

      Administrative materials have been compiled against him under two articles — "petty hooliganism" and "disobedience to a lawful order of a police officer."

      The materials have been forwarded for further review.

      It was previously reported that 18 criminal cases against 26 foreigners for drug-related crimes have been sent to court in the Nizhny Novgorod Region.
