      Economics Ministry of the City Planning and Development of Agglomerations of the Nizhny Novgorod Region approved the architectural and urban planning solution for the first residential building, which will be part of the comprehensive development project (CDP) within the boundaries of Druzhby Street, Snezhnaya Street, Entuziaztov Street, and the Rzhavka River in the Leninsky District. This information is reported on the ministry's website.

      The facades of the first building feature a combination of calm shades and various textures, tall windows, and boxes for air conditioners. The ground floor is designated for public facilities — shops, cafes, or a neighborhood club can be placed here. The project also includes landscaping of the adjacent territory.

      The agency reminded that the agreement for implementing the CDP in the Samochkina Street area was signed on October 6, 2023. It was reported that the Moscow developer "Samolet" would invest 14 billion rubles in the development of the quarter. According to the terms, the investor is obliged not only to build housing but also to provide the district with all necessary infrastructure.

      The project plans to include the construction of a 320-seat kindergarten, a polyclinic with 100 visits per shift, as well as preparation of the territory and project documentation for a future school for 1,100 students.

      In the first phase of the CDP implementation, a polyclinic will be built. The kindergarten will appear in the second phase. Transition to the next stage of development is only possible after the completion of the social facilities planned for the previous phase, emphasized the Nizhny Novgorod Ministry of Construction.
