      Parents of multiple children in the Nizhny Novgorod region can receive comprehensive support in employment through the services of the Nizhny Novgorod Recruitment Center "Work of Russia."

      As emphasized by Igor Pantyukhin, head of the Department of Labor and Employment of the region, the main goal is to assist in finding suitable employment that ensures a stable income and allows parents to spend time with their family. According to him, the center offers an individual approach, training, and support at all stages of job searching.

      Families with children can take the opportunity to retrain, upgrade their qualifications, or acquire skills to start their own business.

      Ludmila Egorova, director of the "Work of Russia" center, noted that the employment service provides a full range of state support measures. Including resume consultations, interview preparation, psychological assistance, referral to training programs at the center and within the national project "Personnel."

      In addition, specialists help develop an individual employment promotion plan and select vacancies considering the specific life situation of the job seeker. Assistance can be obtained at any office of the "Work of Russia" recruitment center in the Nizhny Novgorod region.

      Supporting families with children, including large families, is a priority area of the new national project "Family," initiated by Russian President Vladimir Putin.

      It is worth recalling that the Nizhny Novgorod region also implements a comprehensive support measure within the framework of the Five-Year Family program.
