The Ministry of Property and Land Relations of the Nizhny Novgorod Region announced a sale contest for a 19th-century estate located in the village of Kurmysh, Pilninsky District. Information about the lot is posted on the Russian Auction House platform.
The lot is a non-residential, one-story building with an area of 232.9 square meters on Sovetskaya Street. The property is included in the regional cultural heritage register under the name "Main House." The building dates from the second half of the 19th century and was previously used as a shop.
The starting price for the estate is only 1 ruble, while the cadastral value of the property is estimated at 1.37 million rubles. The auction step is set at 68,300 rubles. Applications are accepted until July 25, and the auction will take place on August 1.
According to the terms, the new owner must submit a preservation project within one and a half years after the approval of the conservation obligation. Additionally, permission must be obtained from the Heritage Objects Protection Department for restoration work.
Full restoration must be completed within three years of receiving the permit. The owner will also be eligible for government support measures available for the restoration of architectural monuments.
It was previously reported that the Lamanova mansion on Bolshaya Pecherskaya Street is being expropriated for reconstruction.
