      24 декабря 2025 года, 17:13. Экономика. Мораторий на штрафы для застройщиков за задержки в сдаче объектов завершится 31 декабря и не будет продлён. Об этом заявил президент Владимир Путин на итоговой встрече с правительством, сообщает 360.ru.

      Мораторий был введён во время пандемии COVID-19. Путин отметил, что текущая ситуация на рынке жилья больше не требует такой поддержки для застройщиков. Однако для покупателей размер неустойки остаётся важным аспектом. Президент подчеркнул необходимость выполнения обязательств перед гражданами, что требует налаживания системной работы с предпринимателями.

      Также стоит напомнить, что в Нижегородской области активно реализуются проекты жилищного строительства с использованием механизма эскроу-счетов. Этот механизм стал обязательным при привлечении средств граждан для долевого строительства многоквартирных домов. Данное правило направлено на защиту интересов дольщиков и обеспечение прозрачности финансовых операций.
