Для строительства террасного парка в Почаинском овраге дополнительно будет выделено 111,5 млн рублей из городского бюджета. Эта информация была озвучена на заседании думской комиссии по городскому хозяйству 14 октября, сообщает корреспондент НИА "Нижний Новгород".

      Директор департамента финансов Юрий Мочалкин сообщил о предложении внести изменения в городской бюджет, увеличив доходную и расходную части на 168,9 млн рублей как за счет внебюджетных трансфертов, так и за счет собственных средств.

      В частности, департамент культуры получит 700 тысяч рублей на содержание библиотек, и 8 млн рублей на создание модельных библиотек. Департамент физкультуры и спорта получит 16 млн рублей на закупку спортивного инвентаря и оборудования. На капитальный ремонт улиц Славянской и Короленко будет выделено 7 млн рублей.

      Расходы на строительство многоквартирных домов увеличиваются на 683 млн рублей. Кроме того, 34 млн рублей выделят на оплату выкупной стоимости жилья при расселении граждан.

      В то же время бюджетные расходы по ряду направлений сокращаются. Например, финансирование департамента жилья уменьшено на 279 млн рублей из-за переноса работ по установке индивидуальных тепловых пунктов и переустройству инженерных сетей в зоне строительства канатной дороги. Также сокращаются расходы благодаря экономии на конкурсных процедурах, в том числе по ремонту детских садов и школ.

      Кроме того, финансирование департамента образования снижено на 25 млн рублей из-за фактического исполнения программы компенсации части стоимости путевок в санаторно-курортные учреждения для детей. Расходы департамента соцполитики уменьшены на 82 млн рублей в связи с социальным обслуживанием семей с детьми через систему молочной кухни, из-за фактического количества получателей мер соцподдержки.

      Также на 150 млн рублей сокращены расходы на капитальный ремонт дороги на дамбе Гребного канала, так как работы перенесены на 2026 год.

      После корректировок параметры бюджета составляют: доходы - 73,7 млрд рублей, расходы - 77,4 млрд рублей, дефицит - 3,69 млрд рублей.

      Ранее сообщалось, что сроки реализации проекта террасного парка в Почаинском овраге будут изменены. По данным ГУММиД, в настоящее время обсуждается внесение изменений в муниципальный контракт. Строительные работы продолжаются: завершено бетонирование тоннеля под Лыковой дамбой, ведётся устройство фундамента моста и амфитеатра, выравниваются склоны, строятся лестницы, парапеты и тротуары.

      Напомним, проект стартовал в конце 2023 года. Парк планировалось завершить к ноябрю 2025 года. Общая стоимость проекта составляет 3,6 млрд рублей, в 2024-2025 годах на его реализацию было выделено 1,82 млрд.
