Власти Нижнего Новгорода планируют прекратить уборку листьев в парках.

      26 сентября 2025 года, 10:28. Общество. Власти Нижнего Новгорода планируют изменить подход к содержанию городских зеленых зон. Департамент благоустройства разработал проект исправлений в действующие правила благоустройства территории города. Этот документ сейчас проходит публичные консультации до 2 октября.

      Одно из ключевых предложений — ввести обязательные требования по восстановлению газонов и цветников после проведения земляных работ. В действующих правилах отсутствуют конкретные нормы, что создает трудности в контроле за качеством благоустройства и не дает возможности отказать в приемке работ, даже если восстановление выполнено ненадлежащим образом.

      Кроме того, проектом предполагается запретить уборку и вывоз опавшей листвы в городских лесах и на участках с зелеными насаждениями. Исключение составят рулонные газоны, а также узкие полосы вдоль дорог и тротуаров в пределах 0,5 метра от края твердого покрытия.

      В пояснительной записке отмечается, что удаление листвы считается экономически нецелесообразным и приводит к истощению почвы. Также разработчики считают, что такая практика не соответствует современным стандартам ухода за озелененными территориями.

      В отдельном порядке рассматриваются полив и уход за травяными покрытиями. При температуре от +25 градусов цветники и газоны должны поливаться не реже одного раза в два дня — утром или вечером. В таких условиях стричь газоны будет запрещено. Уровень влажности почвы должен поддерживаться в пределах 70–75%. Во время полива необходимо избегать размывания почвы и смывания семян.

      Также изменения коснутся системы обращения с твердыми коммунальными отходами. В сельских населенных пунктах и районах с малоэтажной застройкой планируется разрешить загрузку мусора напрямую в мусоровозы по расписанию, без предварительного складирования на площадках. Эта мера соответствует новым федеральным правилам, которые вступили в силу 1 сентября 2025 года.

      Кроме того, мэрия предлагает утвердить каталог внешнего вида контейнерных площадок для ТКО, его выполнение станет обязательным для всех объектов накопления отходов.

      Ранее сообщалось, что с сентября в Нижегородской области вступили в силу новые правила сбора и вывоза отходов.

There’s a certain uncertainty that accompanies that, not knowing what lies ahead. Monsters and horror have continually served as forms of expression for fears and anxieties, and nightmares provide a profound glimpse into all that troubles you, either consciously or unconsciously. It’s often easier to create a monster than to simply express your fears. You have recently begun sharing a series of live videos recorded in... a soft play center. To be honest, we are enamored. Whose idea was that? How did it come to be? Can we hire you for a child’s birthday celebration? Lara: The idea came from my friend Aoife. Our label, Big Scary Monsters, asked if we would create a live video, suggesting we could film it anywhere. This sparked a brainstorming process that lasted a few days.
