Социальные работники оказали помощь в ремонте двора на улице Родионова.

      26 сентября 2025 года в 14:00 Общество. В Нижнем Новгороде завершился ремонт дворовой территории у дома №17/4 на улице Родионова. Работы провели при активном участии социальных участковых, которые вместе с жителями обратились в администрацию с просьбой включить этот двор в программу благоустройства города.

      Ремонт стал частью масштабной кампании по обновлению 275 дворов в текущем году. Финансирование предоставлено из городского и областного бюджетов.

      Местная жительница Ирина Барашкова отметила, что состояние дороги ранее вызывало опасения.

      «Количество машин велико, трафик значительный, а рядом находятся школа и детские сады. Мы рады, что совместными усилиями удалось решить эту проблему», - поделилась она.

      В процессе ремонта было полностью обновлено асфальтовое покрытие на дворовых проездах и тротуарах. Установили новые бордюры и расширили проезжую часть для увеличения числа парковочных мест.

      Социальный участковый Надежда Аверьянова подчеркнула важность не только обращения к жителям, но и быстрой реакции на их просьбы.

      «Мне приятно, что в этом микрорайоне мы смогли помочь людям», - отметила она.

      Представитель домоуправляющей компании Нижегородского района, выполнившей работы, Гузаль Хисяметдинова сообщила, что площадь благоустройства составила около 1,5 тысячи квадратных метров. Она пояснила, что проект получил поддержку района после голосования жителей.

      Директор АНО «Общественное самоуправление Нижнего Новгорода» Оксана Дектерева напомнила, что в городе придомовые территории часто включают тротуары и дороги, и по этой причине ответственность за их состояние формально ложится на жителей. Она считает такую ситуацию несправедливой, и в этом году, по решению главы города Юрия Шалабаева, был внедрён комплексный подход к ремонту, объединяющий усилия районной администрации, управляющих организаций и городских департаментов транспорта, дорожного хозяйства, жилья и инженерной инфраструктуры.

      «Именно благодаря такому подходу удалось отремонтировать двор у дома №17/4 на улице Родионова», - добавила она.

      Напомним, проект «Социальный участковый» стартовал в марте 2023 года по инициативе губернатора Глеба Никитина. Он объединяет активных жителей, которые способствуют выстраиванию диалога между населением и властями в Нижнем Новгороде, Дзержинске, Арзамасе, Богородске и Кстове. It’s often easier to create a monster than to simply express your fears. You have recently begun sharing a series of live videos recorded in... a soft play center. To be honest, we are enamored. Whose idea was that? How did it come to be? Can we hire you for a child’s birthday celebration? Lara: The idea came from my friend Aoife. Our label, Big Scary Monsters, asked if we would create a live video, suggesting we could film it anywhere. This sparked a brainstorming process that lasted a few days. Aoife proposed laser tag, and while we attempted to make that work, soft play was the next best option. Aoife produced that video and did an incredible job, with her fiancé (Daniel) behind the camera (congratulations to them!). I ended up with carpet burn from the slide. Who would be your ideal collaborator (and why)? Lara: Johnny Logan; that man possesses an incredible voice and wears leather trousers. Share the best and the worst advice you’ve ever received. Lara: The worst advice – say yes to everything. The best advice has always come from my mother; I genuinely can’t single out one instance. She’s rarely mistaken and is an excellent judge of character. Lastly, DIY are coming over for dinner - what are you cooking? Lara: Well, DIY, we’d need to know a bit more about you! Any dietary restrictions? At present, I’ve been really enjoying soup since it’s quite dreary here in Ireland. My current favorite is a Czech garlic soup that has a lovely golden hue. It’s very straightforward: two heads of garlic, an onion, stock, white wine, salt, pepper, some rosemary, and a potato. I’m anxious about getting ill before touring, so I try to eliminate any chance of catching a cold with this magical concoction.
